Welcome to Docdocjob ("we," "us," or "our"), a Singapore-incorporated company providing an AI-powered healthcare recruitment platform ("Platform"). These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform and services, whether as an employer or as a healthcare professional candidate ("you" or "your"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Platform.
If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
These Additional Terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all Applicable Laws.
You must not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
Our Services for Employers operate on an annual subscription model with different plans available. Details of each plan are provided on a dedicated page [PRICING].
During our beta phase, Services are provided free of charge.
Employers will be notified at least three (3) months in advance before the end of the beta phase and the commencement of paid subscriptions.
Employers will have the option to subscribe to a paid plan after the beta phase.
No automatic charges will be applied without the Employer's explicit consent.
Employers not opting into a paid plan will retain access to limited free features or may have their accounts deactivated.
Subscription fees are payable annually in advance.
Payment must be made via accepted methods such as bank transfer or credit card.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees.
Any changes will be communicated at least three (3) months prior to taking effect.
Employers may opt-out or terminate their subscription before the new fees apply.
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
All fees paid are non-refundable unless required by Applicable Laws.
We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Services, including all related intellectual property rights.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services for your internal business purposes.
By posting Content on the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Content.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to grant such a license.
We are committed to protecting Personal Data in compliance with the PDPA. Our Privacy Policy [PRIVACY] outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your Personal Data.
By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your Personal Data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Employers must ensure that they have obtained necessary consents from Candidates when handling their Personal Data.
Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of Singapore.
We will ensure that any such transfers comply with the PDPA and that recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, or disposal.
You acknowledge that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.
Employers must comply with all Applicable Laws relating to employment, including but not limited to the Employment Act, Fair Consideration Framework, and guidelines issued by the Ministry of Manpower.
Job advertisements must not contain discriminatory language or requirements unless permitted by law.
Employers must ensure that all information provided in job advertisements is accurate, current, and lawful.
Misrepresentation or posting of fraudulent job opportunities is strictly prohibited.
Employers must use Candidate Personal Data solely for recruitment purposes.
On-selling or unauthorized disclosure of Candidate Personal Data is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Employers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with their breach of these Terms or Applicable Laws.
Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information regarding their qualifications, experience, and credentials.
Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of their account.
Candidates agree to use the Platform solely for seeking legitimate employment opportunities.
Unauthorized commercial use or exploitation of the Platform is prohibited.
Unauthorized use, disclosure, or sale of Candidate Personal Data by Employers is strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of the Employer's account and legal action.
Engaging in activities that harm the integrity or security of the Platform.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Employer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to us.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms or Applicable Laws.
We may also terminate your account for convenience by providing thirty (30) days' notice.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will cease.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue in effect.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Platform or any Services at any time without prior notice.
We may amend these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations.
If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Platform and Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
